Cambridge Viscosity's reputation as the performance leader in automated viscosity control has been built on a highly reliable proprietary technology. As a result, our in-line and in-tank viscosity measurement systems are the most accurate and require very little maintenance.
NEW SERVICE CONTRACTS
In support of our customers, we now offer Gold and Silver Service Contracts. These contracts are designed to provide our customers the highest level of factory service for their CVI viscometer systems and offer services to improve the value of their investment.
Our Gold Service Contract - A Gold level customer receives preferred on-site preventative maintenance visits and repair of CVI equipment, as well as emergency call responses, discounted accessory sales, training and software upgrades.
Our Silver Service Contracts - A Silver level customer receives preferred response from our customer service personnel on a return authorization program for periodic maintenance and repair of CVI equipment, as well as emergency call responses, discounted accessory sales, training and software upgrades.
Our mission is to assure maximum performance and minimum down time for your system(s). We will also provide periodic advice by phone or visit concerning settings and by providing annual calibrations to maintain system integrity.
