Temptime Continues Gold Service Support With CVI

world leader in the development and manufacturing of temperature-sensitive indication labels for the pharmaceutical industry, has renewed their Service Support Contract with Cambridge Viscosity Inc. (CVI). Annual calibration of the viscometers used to control their temperature-sensitive inks is a necessary step in meeting ISO requirements and maintaining the high level of quality control that makes Temptime the industry standard.
The recently renewed Gold Service contract provides Temptime with regular preventative maintenance check visits, system calibrations, emergency repair, discounted accessories, as well as training, support and upgrades. CVI service contracts minimize downtime, save cost and provide confidence in reliable performance and production.
