As new applications for Cambridge’s patented measurement technology are identified, demand for our instrumentation and technical expertise continues to grow. To maintain our position as Technology Leader in Viscosity, a qualified Product Support Engineer is being sought with focus on providing on-site and telephone support to our customers.
Job Opening: Product Support Engineer
As part of our development team, a Product Support Engineer (BSEE, BSME or equiv. + minimum of 3 years related experience) is needed to participate in every stage of product realization with a focus on technical application support (up to 30% travel).
The position demands a hands-on, detail oriented, self-starter with excellent problem solving and time management skills. Use of test equipment/hand tools, MS Office capability, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in English, are required. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Inventor, C and Visual Basic programming languages is helpful.
